Comprehensive restoration, structural consolidation, and general refurbishment project for a Grade 2 protected building.
The intervention enables an increase in the number of dwellings, from 10 to 17 units, while also incorporating a new swimming pool and residential programs adapted to contemporary needs. The project combines heritage restoration with a high level of architectural detail. Original interiors are recovered by restoring joinery, flooring, and mouldings, and the wooden structures are consolidated to ensure their long-term durability. The new program provides all dwellings with en-suite bathrooms and layouts adapted to current ways of living, while maintaining a careful balance between the historic essence of the building and contemporary comfort.
