Renovation and interior design project for apartments in a 19th-century residential building under heritage protection.
The interior design project focuses on recovering and enhancing the original identity of the building, incorporating noble materials and construction solutions that enter into dialogue with the existing architecture. Characteristic elements are preserved and reinterpreted through a contemporary language that highlights their historical value. The new functional program adapts the 23 dwellings to current ways of living, optimizing layout, natural lighting, and comfort. The result combines the warmth of traditional materials with the functionality and aesthetics of contemporary design, achieving balanced, elegant, and timeless interiors.
