Rehabilitation project for a dwelling located south of the Entrepeñas Reservoir.

The intervention modifies the layout and interior appearance in response to the client’s needs for space and occupancy. Particular care is given to preserving the original flooring, while the existing vertical stone partitions are retained. The most significant operation consists of painting the dark interior wood white and replacing and/or enlarging the exterior joinery to provide greater natural light and brightness to the living areas. The kitchen, bathrooms, and the property’s existing cabins are completely transformed.
