Competition proposal that redefines the park by eliminating the existing wall, replaced by vegetated slopes that improve accessibility and urban connectivity. The Sadar River channel is naturalized, new accessible footbridges are incorporated, and longitudinal and transverse pathways are traced to connect neighborhoods and facilities. Plazas and gathering areas linked to the river are created, along with three natural lakes that structure the meadow and enrich the landscape. Topography and vegetation are employed as key design resources, and it is proposed to retain and rehabilitate an existing pavilion as a multifunctional covered space.
