Rehabilitation and change-of-use project transforming an office premises on the first floor into two dwellings, located within a protected building.

The project results in two prime classic-style residences with meticulously crafted interior design. The intervention adapts the functional program to regulatory constraints while enhancing the value of the original building’s architectural elements, respecting its identity and reinforcing its representative character. Both dwellings are organized around the main façade and the interior courtyard, taking advantage of both as natural sources of light and ventilation. On the exterior, the joinery is entirely rebuilt using original materials, incorporating high-performance systems, while mouldings and ornamental details are recovered and reproduced to restore the ensemble’s formal coherence and architectural value.
