Single-family housing project in Madrid.
The project consists of an extension of the existing dwelling on one additional floor to incorporate new spaces, which entails modifications to the structure and foundations, as well as to the exterior appearance of the ensemble. The house is organized into four volumes, combining areas of double height, and both the interior layout and the building envelope are reconfigured, prioritizing functionality, views, and orientation. The ground floor houses the common areas, while the first floor accommodates the main bedrooms with terraces, bathrooms, and dressing rooms. Aesthetically, the house closes itself toward the northeast and opens widely toward the southwest to take advantage of natural light and views of the garden.
