Comprehensive refurbishment project for a single-family dwelling aimed at optimizing its functionality and adapting the layout to the client’s specific needs. The intervention reorganizes the spaces across the different levels: on the basement floor, new common areas and a wine cellar are created; on the ground floor, a service area is introduced in the former studio space; and the first floor is completely transformed with a new arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The project addresses not only the partition walls and interior configuration but also the building systems and finishes —flooring, tiling, and all surface treatments— achieving a full update of the dwelling that enhances comfort, habitability, and spatial coherence.
