Rehabilitation project for a building in the historic center of Cáceres, within the area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building was adapted for hotel use through independent duplex apartments and the renovation of the exterior access courtyard, which received technical treatment of masonry and cobblestone paving. The original vaults and other historic structural elements were preserved, ensuring their integrity within the framework of heritage protection requirements. In 2017, this work received the “III Prize for Building Rehabilitation in the Historic City,” awarded by the Consorcio de Cáceres.
