Special Plan for intervention in a building with integral protection
Description of the intervention
The necessary planning instrument was drafted and processed to enable intervention in a historic building with integral protection (Level 1), allowing the complete replacement of a communication core (staircase/elevator core) and its adaptation to current regulations.
The work included the preparation and processing of a Special Plan, which received a favourable opinion from both the CPPHAN and CLPH heritage commissions. This Special Plan served as the essential preliminary step prior to drafting the documentation required for obtaining the building permit (licencia de obras).
