Description of the intervention
An analysis and review of the detailed design (execution project) for a single-family residence was conducted, with the primary goal of optimizing construction costs and execution timelines without compromising quality or the overall scope of the project.
In addition, full management of the tendering and bidding process was carried out, along with comprehensive Project Management services throughout the construction phase.
