Urban planning analysis and repositioning strategy for a tertiary building
Description of the intervention
A study of options and urban planning feasibility was developed for the repositioning of a tertiary-use property. The work included the analysis of various intervention scenarios that, within regulatory limits, allowed the redistribution of buildable floor area across different levels in order to adapt the original building to new functional requirements.
The entire licensing process was fully managed, and following the intervention, the building achieved LEED Platinum environmental certification.
