Technical and urban Due Diligence, strategic planning for licensing intervention and feasibility analysis of potential uses in a historic residential building
Description of the intervention
During the acquisition phase, a technical and feasibility study was carried out to evaluate possible uses of the building and the corresponding licensing requirements. Different intervention strategies were analyzed with the aim of optimizing administrative timelines for a historic property with a high level of heritage protection.
The work included full management of the licensing application process across all project and construction phases, as well as obtaining the mandatory reports from the heritage commissions.
The intervention incorporated actions on the building envelope and the complete renewal of installations to improve the building’s energy efficiency, while preserving its characteristic historic elements.
