Urban planning strategy and Project Management for change of use.
Description of the intervention
A technical and urban planning feasibility analysis was carried out during the property acquisition phase, with the aim of enabling the replacement of an industrial building with a residential building including garages. In the subsequent project and construction phases, the studio assumed the integral management and coordination role as Project Manager, covering planning, tendering processes, and supervision of execution.
