Project and construction management for the renovation and modification of the activity license to implement a coworking office in a four-storey building.
The intervention organizes the floors into private offices, meeting rooms, and large open areas intended for events, complemented by spaces for specific trades/workshops and common zones. The building is articulated around a central courtyard that serves as the core for natural light and social interaction, promoting natural ventilation and daylighting throughout the spaces. On the fourth floor, a south-facing terrace extends the connection to the outdoors and adds an additional dimension for community interaction and gathering.
