Refurbishment and interior design project for the implementation of a coworking space on a full floor with capacity for 160 people.

The intervention redefines the interior organization by redistributing the independent vestibule of the main staircase and incorporating a new accessible restroom. The floor is structured into private offices, meeting rooms, and large open work areas, complemented by a kitchen/break area (office) and an event space that opens onto an outdoor terrace. The ensemble is conceived with a flexible and luminous layout, oriented toward enhancing the functionality and spatial quality of the work environment.
