New-build project for a residential building of infill/party-wall typology, located in Madrid.

The project develops a building with five floors above ground level and one basement floor dedicated to parking and technical spaces. The ensemble comprises eight dwellings, each equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, in addition to storage rooms, a bicycle room, and installation premises distributed between the ground floor and the basement. The exterior design achieves a representative character through a balanced and contemporary façade composition, in which the rhythm of openings and bay windows gives the building its own identity. The materials and proportions have been carefully selected to integrate harmoniously into its urban context, projecting a sober, elegant, and timeless image.
