Comprehensive rehabilitation of the Palace of the Counts of Guendulain, an 18th-century historic building, involving a complete intervention aimed at transforming it into a four-star hotel with 50 rooms.
The structures were consolidated, the façades were restored, and the floor slabs and roofs were reinforced, while preserving original elements such as the entrance hall (zaguán), the main staircase, and the noble salons. A full renewal of all building systems made it possible to adapt the palace to contemporary requirements, safeguarding its heritage value and recovering its stately character.
