Rehabilitation project for a hotel-mesón in Guadalajara. The project includes adaptation and renovation works on deteriorated finishes, as well as the modernization of obsolete installations to bring them into compliance with current regulations, within an existing building intended for hotel use. After several years of inactivity, the hotel required an intervention that would enable its reopening, ensuring the necessary conditions of safety, habitability, and comfort for the proper operation and functioning of the establishment.
