It is structured as a green axis linking different neighborhoods, adapting to the terrain and connecting plazas, sports zones, and resting areas. The design incorporates sustainable elements such as a pond-cistern and wooded areas that improve climatic comfort. Universal accessibility is prioritized through ramps, elevators, and escalators. The park is conceived as a new meeting place and point of connection for the entire city.
