Change of use project for a single-family dwelling, located next to the ruins of a convent right on the Camino de Santiago, to transform it into a four-star rural hotel with 21 rooms.

The hotel is developed within the original building and is expanded through a new attached volume that incorporates the leisure, spa, and dining areas. The rehabilitation respects the existing architecture, while the extension integrates harmoniously, preserving the character of the ensemble with stone-clad walls, a pitched ceramic tile roof, and vertical openings.

All installations were fully renewed according to maximum energy efficiency criteria, incorporating a photovoltaic panel power supply system and external thermal insulation (ETICS/SATE). The garden is completed with an on-site vegetable plot intended for the hotel’s use. The commission, carried out under full design-build scope, includes landscaping, interior design, and furnishing works.
