Project and construction management for the repositioning of a tertiary-use office building through targeted restructuring works, refurbishment, conservation, and maintenance of common areas, installations, and exterior works.
The intervention updates the building’s systems, reorganizes the common spaces, and redefines the building’s relationship with its immediate surroundings. The complex opens up toward a new interior garden, conceived as an extension of the work areas and common zones. A gym, outdoor terraces, and shared landscaped areas are incorporated to encourage interaction and enhance user well-being. The creation of a triple-height lobby, together with a large terrace on the top floor, balances the volumetric intervention and frees up ground-floor space for new premises connected to the garden.
